Initial Deposit: Payments submitted through our website represent an initial booking deposit in EUR. This deposit reserves transport capacity, initiates route planning, and funds pre-transport preparation.
Quotations & Route Agreements: Submitting an initial inquiry or paying a deposit allows screwlooselogistics to generate or confirm a custom transport quote. Final route details, specific schedules, and remaining balance terms are finalized in direct coordination with the client.
Customization: Because transport schedules and logistical arrangements are customized for each request, bookings are subject to verified operational availability.

3. Client Obligations & Vehicle Preparation
To ensure smooth transport execution, clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle and location information:
Clients must ensure that vehicle specifications, operational conditions, pickup addresses, and destination details provided during inquiry are accurate.
Vehicles must be properly prepared for transport in accordance with instructions provided during route confirmation, including removing loose personal items and ensuring valid vehicle access.

5. Cancellations & Service Adjustments
